What makes VHT Studios unique from other real estate phoptography companies or virtual providers is that VHT is truly full-service. From placing your order to receiving your photos, everything is done in house. Because of this, account services is a major part of our company. You talk to us on the phone. A lot. Although you’re pretty good long-distance friends with VHT Studios, we want to put a face to the name and let you know who you’re talking to!
This month, we’re introducing you to Client Services Representative George Nelson. Chances are you’ve talked to him on the phone and given him your information. Now is your chance to get to know a little bit about him.
Check back next month and get to know another member of our team!
Name: George Nelson
Title: Client Services Representative
How long have you been working for VHT? About 3 1/2 months
Describe a typical day at VHT: I come in to work, turn on the phone, and take calls until 1pm. I then take lunch, come back at 2, and take calls/answer e-mails/place online orders until 6pm. I talk to a lot of agents.
What’s your favorite part of working at VHT? I like being able to see all different kinds of properties and photography styles. It’s also fun when I come across properties for sale that are right next to where I live. The interiors always look totally different than what you think.
If I answer your call to Client Services, ask me about… My standard poodle, Sadie.
People might be surprised to know that… I raised two squirrels that someone found and gave to me because I had a lot of animals growing up and they knew I’d take good care of them.
What’s your favorite food? Tom Kha Kai soup
Are you messy or organized? Somewhere in the middle. Even if I just cleaned.
What’s your favorite day of the week? It’s not Friday, surprise. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday.
If you could have any job it the world, what would it be? To play and record music for a living.
