It is human nature to think the grass is greener for others. Well, at VHT Studios it is true – the grass IS always greener here! We know how important a first impression is and it starts with the exterior. It is the reason we ‘green’ the grass on all photographs.
Everyone loves to see lush, green lawns. Imagine the emotional impact of looking at a home with a beautiful lawn, where buyers can envision kids playing, dogs running, or just the satisfying feeling of coming home to a house with amazing curb appeal. And we cannot forget the back yard – where we spend so much of our time, especially in the last 2 years. It should look just as inviting and cared for as the front of the home.
Think of it similar to virtual staging for the exterior. You stage the inside, right? You cannot forget the outside! Lawns need extra care at all times of the year – not just in Fall or Winter. Even in the best of weather conditions a lawn is often not watered enough. Throw in this year’s lack of rain and even the most manicured lawns are a little parched.
It is important for the first photograph to make the needed impact beautiful green grass conveys – the property is well cared for inside and out. One note to point out – this is the time of year when we have more than grass on our lawns, we have leaves falling and soon it will be snow. Our green grass enhancement does not remove leaves or snow.
