“Photography is at the center of all your marketing,” VHT CEO Brian Balduf recently told Amy Hoak of MarketWatch. “It’s not just documenting that there is a house for sale. You want people to say ‘What a house,’ and be motivated enough to take action.”
And given that highly visual sites such as Pinterest have become so popular lately, pictures are beginning to take on an even greater importance.
Brian shared several tips to make sure photos of your property are the best they can be, including evaluating an agent or broker’s current listings and property photos, and asking to see the photos before they are posted online in order to compare them to homes that are similar to yours.
