How has the COVID-19 pandemic changed the perception of tools for marketing listings?

The real estate industry saw an increased importance in Matterport 3D tours and virtual showings, which we can only predict will continue. As marketing tools continue to evolve and develop, it is crucial for agents to keep up with the ever-changing trends of the industry.
