Of all 20 miles of shoreline on Geneva Lake, we’d pick these 210 feet. A short walk from Main Street in downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is this 13,000 square foot masterpiece. The three and a half acres overlooks Geneva Bay from the expansive back balcony and in-ground pool and is complete with its own pier and docks.
Right up the 26-mile long shore path is the resort town full of bars, restaurants, shopping, parks, and preserves. There are tons of festivals ranging from the Venetian Festival, Art in the Park and our personal favorite, the Festival of Wine.
If we haven’t sold you on it, we’ve probably sold your friends. Lucky for them, there are 13 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms. You could probably even let them move in too, as long as they pitch in for the cool $14.5 million.
