Just in time for some summer sunshine, our stunning space of the week is a contemporary new construction in South Miami, Florida. You may be thinking that the humidity is too much, but the pool in the backyard will change your mind.
The wood wraparound exterior isn’t the only feature to draw you in. Complete with a custom wine cellar and professional lighting and landscaping, your friends will think all the appealing design finishes were your ideas. The two master suites, one on each floor, might even make it so your friends never leave.
We hope you like the outdoors though because the location is all that. An hour away is Everglades National Park, and an hour in the other direction (by plane) are the Bahamas. If you’re not up for travelling though you can just hang out in Miami and eat some tacos at Coyo Taco.
