Found this listing the other day. Note the time stamp. September 1st…of 2008! Makes it hard to sell a house when the listing photos are four years old.
Let’s look at the listing description and revise where necessary to account for the time that has passed.
“Large Ranch home with finished basement, 4 skylghts (cracked), 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (not equipped for indoor plumbing), fireplace (crumbling), hardwood floors (rotted), fence around yard (dilapidated), lot size 9,230 sq. ft. , 2 car attached garage, professional overgrown landscaping with outdoor lighting, garden shed…”
Okay, okay, four years wasn’t that long ago and I’m clearly exaggerating, but you get the point. It’s obviously best to present a home in the best light possible, and four year old, poor quality photos aren’t doing anyone any favors.
