Because, duh. Justin Bieber’s loud parties and reckless driving through his gated community in Calabasas, California have so irked the neighbors that they’ve reportedly banded together to withhold their $1,000 a month community fees until the homeowner’s association does something about his unneighborly behavior.
2. Amanda Bynes
As neighbors go, Amanda Bynes has got to be the one no one wants right now. Amanda’s neighbors spoke out about her creepy neighbor behavior, how she “stares blankly” at them, roams the hallways muttering to herself, screams, “You’re ugly!” at them, and has the constant smell of marijuana wafting from her apartment. Now that Amanda has reportedly been evicted, any one of us could be next!
3. Madonna
Madonna played her music so loud in her Upper West Side apartment in 2009, that an upstairs neighbor sued the singer because the walls shook up to three hours per day.
4. James Franco
Neighbors by his in his Silver Lake home claim that Franco’s production company, which is run out of his home caused traffic jams on the streets and even left rotting garbage out that blew into their yards. But that’s James Franco’s garbage. Something might be worth selling on Ebay!

Lindsay Lohan caused ongoing commotion at her Venice Beach home at the Chateau Marmont. Neighbors complained about a revolving door of friends coming and going and the circus of paparazzi flooding the streets.

Living next to Kim Kardashian would be a nightmare as her sisters, mother, paparazzi, endless parade of fiancées and friends flooding the neighborhood would creating a public disturbance in itself.
7. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
This one might be kind of a surprise. Neighbors in Santa Barbara, California reportedly complained that the megacouple were “tearing up” delicate beaches with their vehicles and taking their kids on motorbike rides on the county’s fragile shoreline.
