Title: Client Services Representative – New Client Specialist
How long have you been working for VHT? Just over a year
Describe a typical day at VHT: I start my day by checking for any orders new clients have placed over night and follow up with new clients whose orders were just completed the night before. Then I check my emails and take phone calls for most of my day. I sometimes help out with scheduling floor plans then later in the afternoon I follow up with new clients that just placed orders or had their photos completed that day.
What is your favorite part of working at VHT? I love seeing all the photos our photographers shoot because it is completely different from what I shoot.
What do you do when you’re not at VHT? I’m a Freelance Photojournalist so I photograph and write articles about community events out in the western suburbs, I’m part of the Quilting Bee at my local library, and I’m part of the Bartlett Gators Masters Swim Team.
What is your favorite meal? My mom’s meatloaf and cheesy scalloped potatoes- it was always the first meal I requested when I would come home on breaks from college.
What is your favorite movie? This is a tough one because I really love old movies Hatari, or The Horse in the Gray Flannel suit, or The Right Stuff would have to be my top 3.
Do you have any hidden talents? I’m double jointed so I can touch the floor with my palms when I try to touch my toes when stretching.
What ability do you wish you had? I wish I could just teleport from one place to the next.
What is your worst fear/phobia? Heights over Water- its why I never became a diver anything higher than the 3m diving board and I freeze up. I have no problem.
What’s a random fact about you? I was a Marine Biology major when I started college and I switched my sophomore to Photography with a Graphic Design minor and graduated early.
Where can you usually be found on a Saturday night? Usually Saturday nights I’m working on my quilt and catching up on TV shows I missed during the week.
Best vacation you ever had? The Cruise is just went on to Haiti, Jamaica, and Mexico my first out of the USA and the first vacation in over 8 years that did not include an out of state 3 to 5 day long swim meet.
What’s the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? An Aeronca Champ or A Piper Cub, I would love to eventually follow in my dad and my grandpa’s footsteps and get my pilots license.
