We just wrapped up the analysis of our Annual Client Survey where we asked our clients to rate us on our products, their experience, and to share honest feedback. We were excited to find that client satisfaction has improved in almost all categories and our Net Promoter Score increased significantly over 2020. 👏
We continually strive to serve our clients better. The ratings and feedback we collect from our Annual Client Survey is invaluable in informing our strategic improvements.
Here are a few highlights from this year’s survey:
- Quality of Photographs: 91.2% of clients rated 4 or 5 out of 5
- Satisfaction with Final Product(s): 91% of clients rated 4 or 5 out of 5
- Overall Experience with Photographer: 93.5% of clients rated 4 or 5 out of 5
- Overall Experience with VHT Studios: 86% of clients rated 4 or 5 out of 5
We’re especially proud of the increase in our Net Promoter Score, which rates the likelihood that a client would recommend a company, product, or a service to a friend or colleague. The average score is 32, and our score is 53 – an increase from a score of 44 last year.
As a thank you, we donated $1 per completed survey for a total of $1,281 to the following organizations: American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Thank you for helping us help others!
